Not going to lie, it would have been cool to hit 60 pounds total loss, but I'm so close (58.8 lbs) and that would have been a huge loss for me. Hopefully I won't hang around here too long and keep it moving toward the 260s. ## Work Crunch Week: Gym Consistency, Step Count Reality This week was very busy at work, a bit of a crunch, but I still managed to get my ass up and in the gym by 5:00am every session. Performance is feeling great while there. I realized I haven't been doing much for my abs at all, and I don't want to add a full ab routine or extend my time in the gym a tremendous amount. So I just added 4 sets of kneeling cable crunches at the end of every session. They feel really good doing them, and I'll keep them for a while. Simple addition, effective targeting, no time commitment drama. The work crunch did cut into my step counts this week though. Yes, I know I recently posted about adding the [walking treadmill](https://amzn.to/4hfgpgp) under my desk, but there were bugs and lots of complex code needed this week. I can't code that well while walking and typing, doing light tasks isn't a problem for me, but debugging and writing new features requires sitting still and focusing. The treadmill will get more use next week when I'm back to lighter work. ## Split Dosing Success: Appetite Control Without Hunger Split dosing continues to work very well for me. I have no hunger at all, but I'm still able to eat to hit my planned macros. This is the sweet spot - appetite controlled without feeling deprived or forced. I'm still doing a mixed approach between IF, OMAD, and 3 meals a day. I kind of just go by how my body feels and my mental state on whether or not I want breakfast before I leave the house. Other times I just grab a white Monster and a [Fairlife Core Power shake](https://amzn.to/3KOFZg9) and head to work. The flexibility of this approach is what makes it sustainable. Some days are OMAD, some days I eat three times. The retatrutide keeps appetite in check regardless, so I can adjust based on schedule and how I feel rather than fighting hunger. ## Compound Updates: What's Working Week 15 ### SLU-PP-332: Consistent Thermogenic Effects I'm still getting flushed face in the evenings and red ears this week. The SLU-PP-332 thermogenic effects haven't diminished, if anything, they're consistent indicators that the compound is working at 6mg daily (3mg twice daily). ### TRT: Finding the Peak Testosterone seems to peak for me about 24 hours after injection. I'm starting to see increased libido and everything that goes along with that for men. ### 5-Amino-1MQ: Missing the Energy This was my first full week without 5-Amino-1MQ, and I definitely miss the energy boost I feel while taking it. This coming week will be week 2 of my planned break from it, and then I'll mix up another batch. The cycle-off period is intentional to prevent tolerance buildup, but I'm definitely looking forward to adding it back to the stack. ## Ketosis Deep Dive: GKI 2.0 This week my ketones were higher than normal. Check out this Monday evening reading where I hit a 2.0 GKI (Glucose Ketone Index): ![1000002290-fotor-20251017213052.png](https://retatrutidelog.com/uploads/43ba70d5-5edf-4036-be31-7617b59f6c9a.png) **88 mg/dL glucose** and **2.4 mmol/L ketones** puts me in "high therapeutic level of GKI ketosis" these numbers are not fasted this is after a full day of eating. ## RENPHO Scale Report: Week 15 Body Composition This week's [RENPHO smart scale](https://amzn.to/47unhTA) report continues to show the data beyond just weight: ![report (3)-1-fotor-20251017213011.png](https://retatrutidelog.com/uploads/b8ea0548-cd48-4cd0-b756-90af68dcb807.png) ## StepUp Challenge: Fifth Member Joins! Nearly 60 pounds down (58.8 to be exact). The 270s felt like a distant milestone when I started, and now I'm here with momentum to keep pushing toward the 260s. What's different this time isn't just the compounds - it's the systematic approach. Work gets crazy? Still hit the gym at 5am. Don't have time for full ab routine? Add one exercise and move on. Protocol working? Don't mess with it. The consistency is what compounds into results. Fifteen weeks of showing up, tracking data (GKI, RENPHO scale, weekly photos), adjusting when needed but not overcomplicating things. The dashboard tracking reinforces the progress that's happening. ## Platform Update: User Registration Coming Soon I haven't gotten much more added this week for features on the changes coming to retatrutidelog.com, but I think I'll get a fair amount of work completed this weekend. Enough that I might swap over to allow user registration and let people start creating their own blogs here. That's a big maybe. The big thing left is to finish updating the users' protocol dashboard forms. Once that's done, the platform will be ready for community use with private dashboards and optional public sharing. If you're interested in documenting your own journey with the same tools I'm using, stay tuned. Core features will always be free. Next milestone: 260s. But for this week, I'll take the 3-pound loss and the fact that even during a work crunch, the system held. ::subscribe[{"variant":"default"}] --- **Disclaimer:** The information provided on this site is for **educational and informational purposes only** and reflects my **personal experiences and opinions**.
