This was a massive week. Lost 3.8 lbs of fat while gaining 0.6 lbs of muscle. Body fat percentage dropped from 24.5% to 23.3% in a single week. Visceral fat down to 10. But hunger suppression from retatrutide is completely gone - white knuckling through it with discipline and meal timing. Deep ketosis (0.9-1.2 mmol) every afternoon despite 100g carbs in the morning. HGH at 5iu mobilizing fat overnight. Goal shifted from weight to body fat percentage - targeting 15-18%.

Added HGH back in at 5iu daily after water retention cleared with Telmisartan. Donated blood for high hematocrit with no adverse effects. DEXA scan scheduled February 14th for validation.
